She was predeceased by: her sisters, Debbie Gilliam of Abilene and Brenda Abraham of Abilene; her daughter Rebecca Sims Bamber of Abilene; and her former husband Edward D. Sims Sr. of Abilene, Texas.. She is survived by: her children, Ariel Crabtree Sims (Stephen Crabtree) of Abilene and Edward D. Sims Jr. (Dora Rodriguez Sims) of Wichita Falls, Texas.; and her grandchildren, Logan Brady Sims (Kaitlyn Sims), Byce Hutto, Lacey Bamber, Gracie Sims and Aria Crabtree.
