He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth "Libby" Senter and Earl Senter; and his sister Earlene Braue. He is survived by: his wife Lila Lee Ellexson Senter; his children, Scott (Michelle), Steve (Debbie) and Sydney (Charlie McKinney); his grandchild Shay Senter (Leslie) of Abilene; and his children, Shawn Senter (Kaitlin) of Lubbock, Steven Senter (Shelby) of Abilene, Lindsey Minkoff (Nick) of Houston, Ashlee Snider (Jeff) of Leander and Paden McKinney (Cassie) of Houston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Community Foundation of Abilene at 850 N. 1st Street Abilene, Texas 79601, to continue their great work in strengthening and serving the community Bill loved so deeply, or to First Baptist Church at 1333 N. 3rd Abilene, Texas 79601, or to the charity of your choice.
