With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Don Swindle of Abilene, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 6, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, David Cason and Ardelia Jane Atkins Swindle. He is survived by : his wife Patsy Heuermann; his daughters, Pamala Evans (Paul), Connie Mayes and Cathy Collins (Tom); his grandchildren, Adam Evans (April), Kyle Flanagan (Sarah), Katie Flanagan (Nikki), Bailey Collins, Devyn Logan, Blake Evans (Holly), Helena Endress (Dominik), Tommy Collins and Ethan Collins; and his brother Lee Swindle (Peggy). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, several other nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Piersall Funeral Directors (733 Butternut St, Abilene, TX 79602).
