With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Wayne Flenniken of Abilene, Texas, who passed away on April 30, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Irene "NeeNee" Flenniken and Merrill Flenniken; his stepmother Beulah; his siblings, Doris Biggerstaff (Joe Bob), Ronny and Dale; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Saavedra, Pat Gazaille and Shirley Pokorny (John).
He is survived by: his daughters, Jeanie Graves (Tad) and Cindy Terhune (Don); his grandchildren, Jerod Strickland (Amanda), Dustin Balog (Maegan), Emily Tolbert (Ricky), James Terhune (Whitney), Dallas Graves (Laura) and Erin Wilkerson (Darren); his wife Clydene "Cly" Flenniken; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Cooper, Deni Coon and Ed Gazaille.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
