He is survived by: his former wife Ida Allmon; his child Noel Thomas Worthington of Shawnee; his sisters, Claudette Crocker of Garland, Marie, Brenda Worthington of Portland, OR and Bobbie Worthington of Flower Mound, TX; his daughter April Worthington of Lewisville; his stepchildren, Jack Satawake, Tina Lee and Mike Satawake of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christian Worthington, Nicholas Fuentes, Samantha Pate, Julie Ann, Luke Thomas Worthington, Blaine, Josh Palmer, Derek, Morgan Chelsea, Jacie and Jaxie Satawake; Bill. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
