Worth, Joshua Tichota of Ft Worth and Daniel Tichota (Melissa); his grandmother Margaret Helen Wolleat; his uncles, Duane (Toni Tichota), Dave (Georgia Tichota) and Michael (Linda Cryderman); his parents-in-law, Ted and Norma Burkhardt; and his brother-in-law Brian Burkhardt. He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.
