He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lockett of Abilene; his children, Dr. Carlette Patrice Lockett of Dallas and Carl Patrick Lockett of Cypress; and his siblings, Allen Lockett, Marjorie Hutchinson of Abilene and Brienda Lockett-Middelton of Abilene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
