He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Galyardt and Ruby M. Galyardt; his siblings, Janice Thompson, Bobby Galyardt, Ronald Galyardt and Larry Galyardt; his children, Douglas Galyardt and Lori Galyardt; and his granddaughter Chelsie Galyardt.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Galyardt; and his children, Tom, Patty Galyardt, Kristan, Jim Butler, Adam and Amanda Galyardt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
