He was predeceased by: his parents, Herve Joseph Normand and Clyta Normand (Hart); and his brother Herve Joseph Normand, II. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Normand. He is also survived by five children, a stepson, six grandchildren, three sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
