She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Haubner and Isabel Haubner. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Yates; her pets, Elizabeth Taylor, Audrey "Baby" Hepburn, Frankie and Grace; and her cousin John Schumann.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).
