He is survived by: his children, Curtis E. Conway Jr. (Curt), Susan Remshardt (Steven), William "Bill" Henry Conway, Michael Conway (Gary Ruska) and Jammie Lynn Conway; and his sister Joann Barta. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grand-children and five great-great-grandchildren.
