He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clarence Vance and Margaret Elizabeth Parker; and his son Daniel A. Vance II (Danny). He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Klopfer (Shane); his grandchildren, Paul Klopfer (Ariele), Michael Klopfer, David Klopfer (Gabby), Alexis Vance Phillips (Rayburn) and Taylor Vance; the mother of his children Gail Harrington; his great grandchildren, Bennett, Behr, Lily and Josie; his siblings, Carlton S. Vance and Elizabeth Faye Hawthorne (Jody); and his nephew Mark Vance.
