He was predeceased by: his parents, David Black and Anabel Dueset Black; his daughters, Barbara Ann Northrop and Dawn Marie Travis; his stepfather Harry Wynn; and his sister Patricia Tickey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Rider; his children, David Clinton Black, Bradley Edward Black, Monica Lee Black, Matthew Torres, Marcus Armando Torres, Denise Ann Miguel (Robert), Desiree Lee Kelley (Craig) and Dominique Andrea Quinones (Ezekiel); and his sister Mary Wurtzler of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by eight children, three sons-in-law, thirty-one grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
