Smith (Ann M. Smith), Lance, Travis D. Smith, Kendell L. Foreman and Brittney Perkins (Shane Perkins); his granddaughter Jaylynn Smith (Ward); his daughter Lindsey Ward (Smith); his grandchildren, Logan, Joshua, Brendalynn, Madilynn, Marshall, Toby and African Grey Parrot; Cash, Ellie and Jasper.
