She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Rosie Lee -Cook of Washington; her son Billy; her siblings, Bobby Joe Cook, William Cook Jr and Opal Lee Cook; her son-in-law James Lowry; her grandchildren, Sharon Crain and Antwain Fields; and her great grandchild Porsha Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Brooks (Pastor Robert Brooks) of Abilene, TX, Willie Jean Price (late Ellie Price) of Waco, TX, Audrey Clayton (Ollie) of Abilene, TX, Mary Fleming of Abilene, TX, Glodine Fields (Reginald) of Oklahoma City, Donald Crain of Tacoma and Jackie Lowry (Charles Jones) of Abilene, TX; her sister Lois Williams of Abilene, TX; and her friend Eugenia Burton. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
