We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023, at the age of 67, Eva Amanda Calvin of Abilene, Texas, born in Fort Worth, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Lona Dorothy Chaney Rice; her grandparents, B. W., Amanda L. Chaney, Joe and Eva Rice; her father Joe B. Rice Sr.; her stepfather Victor Gerbig; and her siblings, Don H. Garrison, Joe B. Rice Jr., Wynonna Rice and Joyce Marie Rice.

She is survived by : her husband Martin L. Calvin; her children, Leona M. Wauer and Phillip Wauer; and her siblings, Clovia Rice and Norvell Garrison. She is also survived by family and Kenneth J. Rice and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Eva's honor to Hendrick Hospice Care Center or to the Seventh-Day Adventists Insurance Fund or Building Fund.
