She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Forrest and Ellis Forrest. She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Willis; her children, David Willis (Danna) of American Samoa, Timothy Willis (Jan) of Malibu, Paul Willis of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Deborah Doss (Stuart) of Pearland, Texas; and her brother Dale Forrest of Arizona. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The family request that, instead of flowers or plants, donations be made to the John and Evelyn Willis Endowment Fund at Abilene Christian University.
