He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Tony Silva and Helen McIntire; and his brothers, Anthony Ray Silva and Mark Silva. He is survived by: his children, David Shoneff, Frank C. Silva, Jr. of Stockton, Jennifer Nell Silva and Melissa Marie Silva of Abilene. He is also survived by grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
