He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Armbruster and Betty Havens Armbruster. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Armbruster; his children, Kelly Armbruster and Matt Armbruster (Michelle); his grandsons, Wyatt and Logan Armbruster; his brother-in-law K. O. Long (Marilyn); his niece Tracy Long Arnold (Eric); and his nephew Scott Long (Meredith).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials in Fred's name be made to First United Methodist Church, Hendrick Hospice Care, the American Cancer Society, or the donor's preferred charity.
