She was predeceased by: her parents, Louisa Medina and Carlos Galindo; her husband Remigio Silva Sr.; her brothers, George, Carlos and Ricky; and her son Remigio Silva Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sylvia Martinez (Richard Martinez); her grandchildren, Remigio Silva III (Stephanie), Andrew Silva, Adam Cantu (Macy) and Amanda Cantu Gutierrez (Kevin); and her siblings, Carmen Galvan and Rudy Galindo of Bryan Texas. She is also survived by 8 great grand children.
