He is survived by: his sons, Brad McCullough (Candice) and Scott McCullough (Tracie); his grandchildren, Brad Jr. McCullough (Taryn), Michael McCullough (Cydnee), Caeley McCullough, Carley McCullough and Kendal McCullough; and his great grandchildren, Collyns McCullough, Li'Ric Wesby and A'mari McCullough.
