She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. McNeil (Wendy) of Amarillo and Brenda Spotts of Hamby; her granddaughter Emily Spotts of Irving; and her siblings, Diana Cisneros (Avelino) of Tomball, Margie Chapa of San Antonio, Sara Chapa of Laredo and David Chapa (Veronica) of Laredo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be given in Irma's honor to Elmcrest Baptist Church, Taylor-Jones Humane Society or to the donor's favorite charity.
