He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Yarbrough and Sally Woodson; his son Justin Yarbrough; his significant other Jonie Beth Yarbrough; his siblings, Joe Yarbrough, Jerry Yarbrough and Toni Jane Eggers; and his stepfather James Moore.

He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Killam of Abilene; his siblings, Jan Herd (David) of Abilene and Jimmy Yarbrough of Cummings; his stepsons, Rett Fewell of Austin, Alan Fewell (Linda) of Mineral Wells, Chris and Michael Becker of Abilene; his grandchildren, Peyton Killam, Sydnee Killam, Zach Killam, Dayton Yarbrough, Jordan Fewell and Addie Fewell; and his significant other Shady Lady. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
