It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Alvin McClain (Abilene, Texas), who passed away on April 16, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Hammer Moseley and James Mickey McClain; and his brother Johnny McClain. He is survived by: his wife Christie McClain; his sisters, Linda Sue McClain and Cindy Lou Collinsworth; and his daughters, Christina Foster (Thomas Foster), Melissa McClain, Connie Riojas (Jorge Riojas) and Patricia Keller (Brady Keller). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
