He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Packwood and Lois Burson Packwood; his wife Carolyn Packwood; and his grandchildren, Jayma Packwood and Taylor Keesee.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Cynthia Packwood) and Stacy Packwood Little; and his grandchildren, Jayden (Meagan Packwood), Jerron (Kaylee Packwood), Slade (Krystin Little) and Destiny (Zachary Milliorn). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
