He is survived by: his siblings, Tana Perkins, Tamme Collins (Keith), Terry Simmons and Clayson VanAlstyne (Cindy); and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Lindsey, Shawn, Aaron, Amy, Ben, Zara, Jazlyn, Isaac, Michael, Matthew, Marcus and Lucas. He is also survived by 14 grand nieces and nephews.
