She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nick and Ila Jane Clowes; and her siblings, Jean Fort and J. N. Clowes. She is survived by: her husband Carroll E. Perkins; her children, Marci (Wilbur) and Jonathan (Michelle); and her close friend Carol Jean Foley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Broadview Baptist Church (2500 S 27th St, Abilene, TX 79605). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:20 PM at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery (7457 W Lake Rd, Abilene, TX 79601).
