She is survived by: her husband Phillip Jergins; her children, Amanda Armstrong (Andrew), Matthew Musick (Sarah), Lynn Spivey (John) and Mark Leavell; her grandchildren, Melody, Moses Musick, Jordan, Austin and William Armstrong; her stepson Joshua Jergins (Garolyn); her children, Cheyenne, Kal, Cordell, Paisley and Jonathan Jergins (Meredith); and her grandchildren, Jameson and Jenny Kate. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
