Bob Frazier; her daughter Annie Harper of Abilene; her stepdaughters, Angela Porter (Chris) of Pampa and Amy Sutherland (Noah) of Pampa; her sister Joy Webster of Weatherford; and her grandchildren, William Harper, Jacob Harper, Julia Harper, Bradey Porter, Emiley Porter, Abigail Porter, Zane Sutherland and Sierra Lilley (Jeratt).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory (600 N Ward St, Pampa, TX 79065). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmichael Whatley Colonial Chapel (600 N Ward St, Pampa, TX 79065).
