She was predeceased by: her parents, Olen Stone and Clodell Stone; her sister Cytha Huddleston (Bob); and her niece Vickie Young. She is survived by: her children, Doyle Couch Jr., Jay Lee (Terrie Billingsley), Lisa Stephens (Daniel), Rhonda Gaines and Bob Ake Jr. (Gayla); her grandchildren, Nathan Stephens, Leslie McDonald, Sheri Gaines, Michael Ake, Douglas Gaines Jr., Joshua Ake, Jaylan and Nevaeh; and her sister Linda (Vernon Houts).
