With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer Casey Lively (Abilene, Texas), who passed away on April 19, 2022 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Monna Casey and John DeBerry. She is survived by: her parents, Terry Casey and Cathy Casey; her son Dylan; her husband Chase Lively; her grandmother Joanne DeBerry; her brother Hank Casey (Katie); her sibling's children, Drew, Audrey, Laine, Mattie and Trevor Casey (Rachel); her daughter Ava; and her parents-in-law, Caty, Scott Mullins and Clara Lively.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jennifer's honor to Head for the Cure.
