He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Williams and Tressie Williams; his brother Larry Williams; his brother-in-law Harold Littlefield; his daughter-in-law Debra Williams; and his great great grandchild Christopher Chestnut.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Williams (Gina) of Monahans, Monte Williams (Brenda) of Sweetwater and Patti Greenfield (Mike) of Abilene; his grandchildren, Deza Johnson of Monahans, Dedra Wessels of Monahans, Justin Williams of Roscoe, Katie Palmer (Luke) of Abilene, Blake Greenfield (Sarah) of Woodbridge, Virigina, Brett Greenfield of Brooklyn, Brandt Stevens of Mansfield and Brandon Stevens of College Station; his great grandchild Samantha (Josh Romero); his grandchildren, Erykah (Luis Jauregui), Jaidyn, Bryson Jaquez, Nathan Wessels, Steelee Williams, Liam, Kohen, Jude, Jones Palmer and Henry Greenfield; his great great grandchildren, Mia and Mya Jauregui; his sister Wanda Littlefield of Anson; and his siblings-in-law, Lana Williams and Coda Stephens. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
