He was predeceased by: his parents, Sullivan Daniel, Sr. and Clara Mae Cesar-Daniel; and his siblings, Sullivan, Leon "Doc" Daniel, Picken, Albert Morris Daniel, Hayward Daniel, Ora Lee Gunn, Tom Degrate (Marc Degrate), Willie Lee Daniel, Bobbie Jean "Bob" Daniel of Ossie, Huitt, Ester Pearl Daniel, Jodie Anderson and Mary Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Lily; his sisters, Mae Ellen, Lillie Mae Daniel of Abilene and Vernell "Boobie" Jones of Rotan, Texas; and his children, Herman McCann (Raquel) of Fort Worth, James Franklin David McCann (April) of Fort Worth, Chris McCann of Abilene, Tyrone McCann (Valerie) and Sherry Davis (Jevon) of Fort Worth. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church in Rotan, TX.
