He is survived by: his children, Alvah Overmyer of Knox City, Texas, Bobby Joe Sanders (Jerry) of Lake Brownwood, TX, Ronnie Overmyer of Lake Whitney, TX, Donnie Overmyer of Tennessee and Alyah Overmyer of Knox City, TX.; and his siblings, Arthur Hurt, Jimmy Hurt, Lawrence Hurt, Beatrice Larison, Adline Coleman and Myrtle. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
