She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lewis and Heilda Groupenhof Lewis; her siblings, Diana Casburn and Don Lewis; her husband Billy Joe Templeton; her son Joe Templeton; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Vajdak.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law James Johnson of Franklin; her sister JoAnn Doerrig of Cibola; her grandchildren, Toni Hinojosa, Teja Ruiz, Jessica Pruitt, Erica Wilson, Teri Barham, Lauren Calhoun, Preston Templeton and Weston Johnson; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Olivia Ruiz, Wade, Mack, Sally Pruitt, Ayden Martin, Blake Wilson, Trace, Tyli Ortega and Trigg Barham; her daughter-in-law Laura "Boodle" Templeton; and her sister-in-law Shirley Lewis.
