She was predeceased by: her parents, Medford McCain and Ethel McCain; her husband Bill Suggs; her siblings, Earl Head, Gearl Head, Charlie McCain, Kenneth McCain, Roy McCain and Freda Holleman; and her stepchildren, Kim Vinson, Larry Suggs and Dana Mason.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Hollabaugh (Linda) and Wayne Hollabaugh (Tanya); and her sisters-in-law, Jodi McCain and Linda McCain. She is also survived by four grandsons, one step-grandson, twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made in remembrance of Joyce to The Legacy at Town Square, Interim Hospice - Amarillo, or your favorite charity.
