He was predeceased by: his parents, Odessa Pearl Gregg and William Young Gregg; and his brother William Young Gregg Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Raye Gregg; his sons, Kenneth Ray Gregg Jr., Richard Dean Gregg and Rodney Oren Gregg Sr. (Carolyn J. Gregg); his sister Pam Looney (Charles Looney); his grandchildren, Madison, Taylor, Kensey, Kiley, Trey of Colt, R. J., Mason, Mikalyn and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Carrigan, Kennedy, Odin, Daizy and Wrenleigh.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and West Texas Rehab Center.
