She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Spicer and Alberta Spicer (Scall); and her husband Ralph Lewis Tippey. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Offermann (Douglas) of Abilene, TX, Delbert Tippey (Jacalyn) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Darold Tippey (Karen) of Kennedale; and her sister Susie Henry of Beardstown. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
