He was predeceased by: his wife Ella May Weigand Batt; his parents, Sam Batt and Hulda Batt; and his siblings, Rosie Pope, Charlotte Brooks, George Batt, Paul Batt and Margaret Heil.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Nichols, Pauline Ditto and Sam Batt; and his caregivers, Sher, Monica and Destiny.
