He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd E. Clemmer and Joe Ann Clemmer. He is survived by: his daughter Christy Joe Clemmer of Baird; and his siblings, Robert (Yvonne Clemmer) of Waco and Nancy Hall of Oklahoma.
