She was predeceased by: her husband Edward L. Williams; her parents, John S. Decker and Hazel V. Chase Decker (Chase); and her brothers, Richard L Decker and Edward S. Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Toni Lynn Kulyeshie and Anthony John Kulyeshie (Emily); and her siblings, Donna Nield, Doris Baker and Keith Decker (Pat). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
