He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Cope and Dubby Mae Box Cope; and his sister-in-law Gayla Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tara Pirsch (Ben) of Wallis, TX, Charles Smith (Kathryn) of Abilene, TX and Allan Smith (Jeanette) of Odessa, TX; his grandchildren, James Tyler Smith, Marion Kathryn Smith, McKenzie Smith, KyleighAnn Pirsch and Hunter Pirsch; and his siblings, Dianne Vickers (Jerry) of Alabama and Irving "Cookie" Robinson of Putnam, TX. He is also survived by nephews and nieces as well as extended family and many friends.
