She is survived by: her husband Jim Cook; her son Jessie; her mother Shirley Mabes (Clyde); her brother Wesley Paul (Autumn); her grandparents, Kathy and David Swaim; her aunt Betty Brown (Simon); her uncle Tommy Ann; her great-aunt Nancy Storie; her cousin Jakobi Brown; her nieces and nephews, Phoenix and Emma; and her close friend Duane Lanier.
