She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancil N. Williams and Ruth Evelyn Sanford Williams; her sisters, Joyce Evelyn and Audrey Maxine; her daughter Cherri (Willard Hill); and her granddaughter Stacey (David Walvoord).

She is survived by: her cousin Wayne Tarter; her husband L. D. Patrick; her brother Ancil Jr.; her children, Mike (Nancy), Joyce (Gill Bai) and Susan (John Hill); and her grandchildren, Steven, Jason, Victoria and Jonathan. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
