He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozzie Jessie Tibbets and Dela Massengale Tibbets; and his son Cody Jess Tibbets. He is survived by: the mother of his children Linda Hatfield Tibbets of Baird; his children, Heath Tibbets (Shanna) of Idalou, Angela Mitchell (Goober) of Baird, Amy McIntire (Kyle) of Anson and Laura Bacon (Billy) of Anson; and his siblings, Travis Tibbets of Pampa and Darlene McKinley of Trinity. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
