She was predeceased by: her daughter Genicec Pierce; her granddaughter Kathryn Deaton; and her brother Gerald Davis. She is survived by: her son John Pierce; her children-in-law, Paulette Pierce and David Deaton; her great grandchildren, George Pierce, Douglas Davis and Winnie Renfro; Jeffery Pierce. She is also survived by 6 grand children.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home Family Center (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A reception will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Abilene Primitive Baptist Church (3565 Hickory St, Abilene, TX 79601).
