She was predeceased by: her parents, G. W. Parker and Connie Parker; her husband James Wasson; her grandchildren, Nicola Ann and Stephen Wasson; and her siblings, Jerry Lee Parker, Joe Neil Parker, Earnest "Grumpy" Parker and Regina Parker.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa, John Bargelski, James and Gigi Wasson; her grandchildren, Joshua Glaze, Samantha Glaze, Dustin Glaze, Shayla Freeman (Manny), Shelley Major, Kayla Elrod and Jada English (Stephen); her siblings, Patsy Neil, Jackie Parker, Bobby Parker and Jefferey Pascall; her sister-in-law Jeannie Parker; and her pets, Jimmy John and Darla Joy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and adopted kids and grandkids.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made for funeral expenses.
