She is survived by: her husband Jack Duncan; her children, Sonya Martinez (David) and Chris Duncan (Hope); her stepdaughter Jacque Maddox (Rick); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Meagan, Cody, Ethan, Dylan, Tyler, Wade and Shanelle; and her great grandchildren, Alexa Rhianna, Nathaniel, Josh, Mason and Abby. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
