He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalio Rocha and Margarita Rocha; his wife Sandra Rocha; his siblings, Pedro, Celestino Rocha, Susie Villalobos and Margie Contreras; and his grandson Joseph Silvas.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jody Rocha, Carmen Molina, Sal Rocha, Arthur Rocha and Efren Rocha; his children, Rachel Rocha of Ohio, Ruby Whatley (Jimmy) of Ft. Worth, Ruth Rutledge (Mike) of Ft. Worth, Ranulfo "Bubba" Rocha (Aurora) of Ft. Worth, Alice DeLa Garza (Johnny) of Abilene, Cindy Silvas (Alfred) of Abilene and Erica Rocha (Mike Orona) of Abilene; and his nephews, Victor Molina Jr., Gabriel Molina, Barney Villalobos, Leo Rocha, Chris Rocha, Justin Rocha and Oscar Villalobos.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home (5701 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
