He was predeceased by: his parents, Ogle Davis Shipley and Wanda Claborn Shipley; his daughter Rachel Dee Ince; and his son-in-law Chris Dee Ince. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha; his wife Tonnie Shipley of Abilene; his daughter Jodine Shipley of Abilene; his son-in-law Kevin Brooks of Abilene; his grandson Kameron (family: Cortney Ince, Christian Blaylock) of Abilene; and his great grandchild Thea of Bowie.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Hendrick Hospice Care in Ray's honor.
